We noted Ian’s comments and concerns around this development. However, this was for Ian to put forward his own comments to the Planning Committee as a member of the public response to the planning application.
Glyn Huelin to get in touch with Heather Hayes about including Coldean in the upgrades of the door entry system.	North	Glyn Huelin	Complete. We have contacted Heather to clarify her query. She confirmed it relates to Hawkhurst Place block 1-6 in Hawkhurst Road. We are awaiting a response as to the specific nature of the query about this block but have also assured that the block is included in the 3 year replacement programme.

We can’t comment on this particular case but can provide assurance that once  a concern has been brough to our attention we will take appropriate action.
